Shipping Policy

At PopTop, every cake in a can is made fresh and must stay chilled from our kitchen to your door. That's why all orders ship in insulated packaging with ice packs. It keeps your desserts fresh and safe — and your shipping is simple and predictable.

Shipping Rates (United States)

• Orders under $60: $9.99 flat rate
• Orders $60 and over: FREE shipping — bundle up and shipping is on us!

Free Local Pickup — Hollywood, FL

Local customers can skip shipping entirely: choose Pickup at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready, along with the pickup address and hours.

Processing Time

Orders are prepared and packed fresh within 1–2 business days. To avoid packages sitting in a warehouse over the weekend, we ship Monday through Wednesday only. Orders placed after Wednesday ship the following Monday.

When Your Order Arrives

• Refrigerate your cans immediately upon delivery.
• For best taste, enjoy within 3–5 days of arrival.
• Please make sure someone is available to receive the package on delivery day. We cannot be responsible for spoilage caused by packages left out unrefrigerated after delivery.

Important Notes

• We cannot ship to P.O. boxes — a physical street address is required.
• During extreme heat, we may briefly hold shipments to protect quality. We'll notify you if this affects your order.
• Carrier delays and incorrect addresses are outside our control, so please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
